- Every basket is hand-planted to order, then dispatched within 3–5 working days — packed upright in a protective box with the chain secured
- Freshness guarantee — if your basket arrives damaged or not in good health, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full
- As these are living plants planted specially for you, we cannot take them back once they have settled in — but if anything is not right, tell us and we will put it right
- Water daily through warm weather, every other day when it is cooler
- Hang where it gets 4–6 hours of light, sheltered from strong wind
- Pinch off spent flowers each week to keep new blooms coming
- Feed with a liquid flowering-plant food every two weeks through the growing season
- In hard frost, move winter baskets closer to a wall or under cover
